Global telecom looks into selling its Canadian Wind mobile unit

Arab Finance : Global Telecom Holding (GTHE) announced that its studying alternatives of its investments in Wind Mobile in Canada.

The company added in a statment to the stock exchange that those alternatives include selling it to or a merger with another company.

Ahmed Abou Doma, Former Chief executive officer (CEO) of Global Telecom, announced earlier to Al-Mal Newspaper that the company is in an advanced negotiations to sell its unit in Canada or merge it with a strategic investors and that the negotiations are held with local and international partners.
